A mixed levels/beginners Yoga Class includes gentle warm-ups, standing yoga postures,
floor yoga postures, and a relaxation. Classes are appropriate for beginners and anyone looking to reduce stress and feel
relaxed.
Class Location
Rosemary Court is at 810 Central Avenue, diagonally across from the Home Resource Store. Take Central
Avenue 5 blocks north from Fruitville Road. Please use the parking lot adjacent to the Rosemary Court complex.
