Ongoing Mixed-Levels/Beginners Yoga
Tuesdays 6 to 7 pm and
Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30 pm
(Note: No yoga classes on August 3, 5 & 10)
A mixed levels/beginners Yoga Class includes gentle warm-ups, standing yoga postures,
floor yoga postures, and a relaxation. Classes are appropriate for beginners and anyone looking to reduce stress and feel
relaxed.

The Radiance Center is at 2868 Ringling Boulevard in the Gold Tree Plaza on the southeast
corner of Ringling Blvd. and Tuttle Ave.
