This series is for brand new beginners and will teach standard yoga postures,
emphasize body awareness and safety, and is designed to prepare someone new to yoga to join any ongoing yoga class.

Plaza at Tuttle and Ringling.
If enough students are wanting to continue this class after the initial 4-weeks,
we will do so in 4-week increments at the same price.
