Meditation Instruction
Do you want to reduce the feeling of stress in your life but don't know where to begin? Consider the practice
of meditation. In this session, you will learn what meditation is, several ways to meditate, and the benefits of meditation,
such as stress reduction, lower blood pressure, better sleep, and improved decision making. You will have the opportunity
to practice meditation and experience the deep relaxation and profound inner stillness that can occur when one focuses on
the here and now.
